I’m Coach Justin, your Personal Trainer Centennial CO! I specialize in strength, mobility, and flexibility training.
As a Personal Trainer, I found the biggest road block people face when it comes reaching their fitness goals is making healthy choices. In order to make healthy choices, we must develop the proper habits in our daily routine.
Together we will build a plan that creates healthy habits leading to proper decisions that will get you in the best shape of your life!!

How it all started
I became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2010 with the idea of helping people in Colorado get in shape for a lifetime. I help regular people make positive changes to their life when it comes to health and fitness.
My approach to health and fitness is simple…Get Healthy, Get Fit, and Live Happy!
My Philosophy
Getting in shape shouldn’t be dreadful! Anytime you start something new and get out of your comfort zone, things will get uncomfortable. But it should be FUN!
Success doesn’t have to happen through punishing workouts or tasteless food!
