Time as many rounds as you can in 8 minutes. Each group completes their 8 minute round before moving on to the next round. Continue for 3 rounds until all groups complete all exercises.

A- Kettle bell Swings Reps 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
B – Plank Shoulder Taps Reps 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10
