If you are looking for some at home HIIT Training Workouts or workouts for the days you are traveling, here are a few simple and easy ones to follow. Some can be done with no equipment, some are performed at a gym.
Each workout is different, but the overall format is to keep moving and boost your heart rate. You can adjust based on the time you have available to make it more or less intense. Good Luck!
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Workout Journal
Block 1 – 10 minute AMRAP
Push Up – 15 Reps
Single Leg Squat to Over Head Press – 8 Reps each
Ball Slam – 15
Block 2 – 10 minute AMRAP
Cable Rows – 12 Reps
Under Hand Lat Pull – 12 Reps
Sled Pull – 2 lengths
Block 3 – Do this block after block 1 and after block 2
Round robin, 15 reps each for two rounds
Sit-ups, Leg Lifts, AB Roller, Rest 30s
