It’s officially June 2021, and in my book that means Summer if officially here! Mother nature may not agree, but we are not going to let her stop us.
So dust off, update, and restart your fitness tracker and get set to start moving.
30 Day Movement Challenge
June 1st is day ONE of the challenge and the time to stop moving like molasses.
Here are the rules:
- Start moving and track your steps
- Record your progress 2x a week when you come in to the studio
- Daily goals will be set based on age, work, and lifestyle
- Challenge yourself!
That’s it! We will keep it simple to start, and move the bar from there. Let the post-pandemic fat burn begin!!
